Our lives are made up of a lot of different things. Moments, material items, big vacations, small vacations, marriages, births, graduations, sleep, food, the list goes on. One thing I have come to realize is that the little things in life are some of the most important. There is that awesome quote that says “enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.” I believe this to be true in life, these little moments and special things we do on a day to day basis are what truly add up.
We get so caught up in planning the “big” items of our life that we forget to stop and realize that we have happiness all around us. Whether it is that morning coffee you had or that smile you received from your mom, these are the things that really matter. Don’t always be searching for that big ticket item or that huge vacation you go on every year. You have so much to be thankful for every single day. Here are some pictures of my “little things” that I am thankful for.
