Having a bad case of the Mondays? Not to worry, we all get down from time to time and especially when the thought of the weekend being an entire work week away it can get pretty depressing. I have decided to think of ways that we can turn Monday from the dreaded day of the week to the most exciting.
Okay so yes you most likely work on Monday morning but how about treating yourself to something every Monday. Go get your favorite type of Starbucks drink or an Egg McMuffin from McDonald’s. By doing this you are already starting your day off right and making yourself happy. Next up is lunch time; why not go out for lunch with your coworkers? Who says special work lunches need to be at the end of the week?
Now your work day is over, and yes you probably need to get some errands done like grocery shopping, laundry etc. but why not commit to making sure you do some things you enjoy doing. Whether it be going for a walk, working out, reading a book or spending time with family and friends you always have enough time to do the things you like.
